Talent Management Specialist

Dan joined Executive Power, LLC in 2013 to work in the Talent Management division of the business. He specializes in the hiring process that Executive Power brings to our clients, including position benchmarking, candidate sourcing & screening, employee promotion, and succession planning. With a background in mathematics, Dan brings an analytical interpretation of the ADVanced Insights assessment tools, and how the use of today’s technology and Big Data can be applied to streamline hiring decisions.

Dan has helped numerous professionals gain a better understanding of their own strengths using the ADVanced Insights tools through public workshops and one-on-one consultations. His presentations on effective communication and understanding different communication styles have received rave reviews from several organizations including The Waukesha County Business Alliance, ProHealth Care, The Coalition for Children Youth and Families, Mangold Creative, and the City of Waukesha.

Dan is now the Lead Trainer and Expert Resource for all of the Gazelles International Coaching network regarding the ADVanced Insights Assessment tools.
