Jerry founded Executive Power in 1999, originally known as Leadership Development Group, in order to help individuals and businesses grow their talent. In time, the purpose of the organization grew to "HELPING OTHERS RELEASE THEIR PERSONAL POWER." To date, Executive Power has helped over 1000 individuals at over 75 organizations in 18 different industries.

Steven has over 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, service and operations roles. He has management and executive management experience in various industries at both small and large manufacturing companies.
Throughout his career, Steven's greatest passion has been developing people and improving processes to achieve desired results. He has successfully facilitated numerous process improvement projects to reduce lead-times, cycle times, material costs, labor costs and improve quality. Project results include reducing labor by 25% in an HVAC equipment manufacturing cell.
Steven also understands that behind every successful process are successful people. As a trainer and mentor, he has developed highly accomplished supervisors and managers by coaching them on leadership, teamwork and management skills. Armed with real-world leadership experience, an ear for listening and investigative questioning skills, Steven has groomed many employees to help them achieve their goals and positively impact their organizations.
His experience is founded on various turnaround situations at several companies. By implementing proven coaching methods, he's directed employees and teams to make process improvements based on sound manufacturing practices. Steven has also guided employees and teams to eliminate wasted steps and processes within their organizations while creating environments of continuous improvement. Most notably, his leadership has resulted in two exceptional turnarounds, each achieving over 45% net income improvements in one year.
